Solutions Engineer (AI Platform)

Salary: 100K to 125K SEK a Month

About the Role

We are working with a fast-growing tech company building a platform that turns business intent into reliable, production-ready software. As a Solutions Engineer, you won’t just write code in isolation; you will work directly with enterprise customers to transform complex operational workflows into robust software solutions.

You’ll act as the bridge between their customers, Platform Engineers, and AI Engineering teams, ensuring they deliver massive value while continuously optimising their developer tools and workflow automations.

• Translate Intent into Architecture: Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand their workflows, constraints, and data landscapes, mapping them into clean system structures and data models.

• Build & Deliver: Ship production-ready applications built on our proprietary platform using TypeScript and Node.js.

• Bridge the Legacy Gap: Tackle the ultimate puzzle, integrating modern, AI-driven automation with complex, legacy enterprise systems and databases.

• Collaborate Inward & Outward: Lead technical workshops with clients, and provide real-world insights to our internal AI teams to sharpen our developer workflows.

• The Technical Core: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems using TypeScript/Node.js.

• Enterprise Fluency: Proven ability to command a room, lead architecture discussions, and build instant credibility with enterprise stakeholders (including sceptical executives).

• Real-World Resilience: Experience wrestling with "messy" data landscapes, APIs, and brownfield legacy systems.

• High Empathy & Clear Communication: You listen to understand a user's actual workflow before jumping to solutions, and you can explain complex technical choices to non-technical folks with ease.

• Preferred: Background in a customer-facing engineering role (Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Consulting).

• Preferred: Experience working in highly regulated or operationally complex industries.

• Preferred: Familiarity with leveraging next-gen coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate your development workflow.
