Lead and own the end-to-end client onboarding process ensuring seamless integration and rapid value realization;
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to define client success plans tailored to their specific needs and goals;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, building strong, trusting relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction;
Develop scalable and repeatable processes and workflows to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience;
Monitor client usage data and feedback to proactively identify potential risks and growth opportunities;
Manage a growing team of onboarding and client success professionals, providing coaching and development to ensure team excellence;
Partner with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and inform product roadmap decisions;
Ensure client retention through strategic relationship management and advocacy for client needs within Modern Health;
Represent Modern Health at industry events and client meetings as a subject matter expert on onboarding and client success best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, healthcare administration or related field preferred;
7+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or client success roles ideally within health tech or SaaS industries;
Proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders while delivering high client satisfaction;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated client relationship-building capabilities;
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize client journeys;
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams;
Passion for mental health and improving access and outcomes for diverse populations;
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative and mission-driven culture.
