What You Will Do:
Investorservice: Daily contact person for investors and ensure that they effectively get the necessary information and support.
Koordination med partnerbank: Close cooperation with our partner bank, Saxo Bank, to ensure effective handling of investors' cases and smooth processes.
Proaktiv kundekommunikation: Identify opportunities to improve the investment experience through proactive advice with the investor in mind.
Opfølgning på investeringerne: Help ensure on a supportive and administrative level that investments are properly handled and any questions or challenges are resolved quickly and effectively with the investor in focus.
Processer og optimering: Overview and optimization of our CRM systems to ensure streamlining across the platform.
About You:
You have experience with customer service or customer relations – preferably in an investment or banking context.
You are structured, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks at once.
You are a good communicator both in writing and verbally – in Danish and English.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a strong understanding of investors' needs and building long-term customer relationships.
You thrive on working closely together and across both investors, the team, and external partners.
You have knowledge of investments and financial products, or at least the desire to learn more.
You are motivated by daily telephone contact with investors and are ready to make an extra effort to ensure that they get the best possible investment experience at Norm Invest.
