What You Will Do:

  • Identify proactive potential sponsors and partners suitable for our baskets, frames, and app.

  • Develop creative sponsorship concepts that transcend mere logo placements.

  • Conduct and close C-Level negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial figures.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with care.

  • Collaborate with the Business Unit DACH to ensure organic partnership growth and real added value.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or ideally in selling Sponsorship/Media/OOH.

  • Existing network with marketing decision-makers or agencies.

  • Persistence in turning "No" into a positive opportunity.

  • Strategic mindset with understanding of KPIs such as CPM and ROI.

  • Fluent negotiation skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Authentic, honest, with a sense of humor; prefers biking over driving.
