- Fair use, such as for the purpose of non-commercial commentary or parody, is generally permitted but subject to review.
3. Our Right to Reclaim
To maintain the integrity of our platform and respect brand rights, Skriptjobs reserves the right to take action on squatted or infringing identifiers.
- We may reclaim, rename, or transfer any subdomain or username that is found to be in violation of a registered trademark.
- In cases of dispute, we may transition an infringing identifier to a generic name (e.g., user-7742.skriptjobs.com) to allow the original trademark owner to use the identifier.
- Decisions to reclaim or transfer names are made at our sole discretion based on proof of ownership and the nature of the use.
4. Reporting Infringement
If you are a trademark owner and believe your rights are being infringed on Skriptjobs, you may submit a formal complaint.
- Please include evidence of your trademark registration (e.g., registration number and jurisdiction).
- Specify the infringing identifier (username, subdomain, or profile URL).
